Direct sellers have the unique opportunity to build relationships with customers and meet customer needs very specifically. It’s a lot easier to do this in a direct selling relationship over a regular retail relationship, because it’s much easier to get in touch with the customer, and we can spend more time getting to know our customers and meeting their needs.
